What is your favorite DJ memory? –or– What was the funniest thing to ever happen at an event?
My favorite memory was having the entire crowd dancing at an event where they ran out of floor space so they stood on chairs to ‘party on’!
What is your favorite thing about being a DJ? –or– What is your proudest achievement as a DJ?
Proudest achievement: Receiving the Most Valuable DJ Award.

My voice and music mixing skills.
What is your favorite part of the night?
Feeling exhausted from leaving it all on the floor. Just like the guests!

The Humpty Dance.

To entertain the masses. One client at a time.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT. EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDEDE. WE WERE A CLUELESS COUPLE WHEN IT COMES TO WEDDINGS AND WES AND STEVE WERE THE MOST IMPORTANT COMPONENT TO MAKING OUR WEDDING SPECIAL. PROFESSIONALISM. I HAD EXPERIENCED A LESS PROFESSIONAL COMPANY IN MY PAST AND IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. WE NEEDED A TRULY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND WE GOT IT. NO COMPARISON, COMPLETE MUSIC IS IN A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN.  Why did you become a DJ? I have two passions in life, music and making people smile. Since I could not get into Dental School, I had to figure out another way to make those smiles. DJing provides me that opportunity. I started DJing back in 1995 and with hundreds of weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate events; the passion of this job has grown. The satisfaction that I receive when a customer comes up to me at the conclusion of the event and says, “Steve, you made our night so special” is priceless and not many jobs will give you that internal satisfaction. “Life without music is like a day without sunshine!”
Favorite DJ Memory: Hmmm, this one is a bit tough as I have had so many great memories over the 8 years of entertaining, but when I entertained at the International Special Olympics Party and had over 3500 athletes in one Conga Line and all of them having the time of their life, left me absolutely speechless.
What makes you stand out as a DJ? First, I am not “just a DJ” at the events. In today’s technological society, anyone can program their iPods or iPhones to play the songs for the party. I believe in taking care of the customer and pledge to give 110% to ensure the customer can relax and enjoy their evening. I have two goals at each event I perform. The first goal is that the event goes smoothly and according to the customer’s plans. The second goal is that the customer and their guests have a great time. In order for the plans and the traditional events such as the cake cutting ceremony, toasts or the garter and bouquet toss to go smoothly and seamlessly it takes some coordination. I work with catering folks, photographers, videographers, wait staff, etc, and ensure everyone is on the same page of music and that all the events work like clockwork. Next, I have a great knack of reading a crowd and understanding what it will take to get them involved on the dance floor. I can be very outgoing or more moderate based upon the client’s request. So, what really makes me stand out as a DJ and a person, it is my caring and my Customer Service philosophy, aka golden rule “Treat others, as you want to be treated!” This philosophy, as simple as it is, has made me a TOP DJ Performer with Complete Music since 1995.
